The outer shell is fabricated and painted of US materials to our specifications, the patented inner liner and interior padding, shell, liner, strap, buckle and all other components are US components. All our products are designed and Quality Controlled by us.

Since 2000, we have sold over 86,000 of our NXT motorcycle helmet. Our half-helmet is the lightest and smallest DOT-certified helmet on the market. Motorcycle dealerships across the United States and Canada have signed on to carry our helmet.

We have also introduced three-quarter and full-face helmets based on our half helmet design. All styles utilize our US patented nitrogen expanded cross-linked High Density Polyethylene foam that creates a liner that is not only thinner and lighter than conventional Styrofoam liners, but stronger as well.

We also manufacture padding for football, rugby, and soccer. Our patented Nexl Foam is the new padding of choice currently being worn by Pop Warner, high school, college, and professional football players across the country.
