WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMERS:
NexL® Sports Products LLC., the manufacturer of NXT™ motorcycle helmets,
warrants this product to the original retail purchaser against defects in
materials or workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase under normal
use and service.
Your original purchase receipt from an authorized NXT™ Dealer is your proof of warranty.
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
The receipt (or copy) must be enclosed with any warranty claims.
No warranty claims will be accepted without a receipt.
THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES
NOT EFFECTIVELY DISCLAIMED ARE LIMITED TO 12 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.
THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
ARISING FROM ANY USE OR FAILURE OF THIS PRODUCT. THE REMEDY FOR DEFECTIVE
PRODUCTS GIVEN BELOW IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REMEDIES OR DAMAGES.
If a possible warranty claim arises, promptly contact NexL® Sports at telephone
(831) 786-1800, facsimile to (831) 786-1804 or on the web at NexLSports.com.
Enclose a detailed explanation when returning your helmet. Where appropriate
a Return Material Authorization number will be issued WHICH MUST BE VISIBLE
ON YOUR PACKAGE to be shipped prepaid.
NEITHER COLLECT SHIPMENTS NOR SHIPMENTS LACKING A VISIBLE RMA WILL BE
ACCEPTED OR PROCESSED UNDER WARRANTY.
Please note that no warranty coverage is extended to helmets that have been
abused, or modified, or improperly used, or handled contrary to our
recommendations. Similarly excluded are claims arising from ordinary wear
and tear, or from crashes or impacts, or from unintended uses.
No agent, salesperson, dealer or distributor has authority to offer any
warranty on behalf of the manufacturer other than as set forth here.
